For a complete shopping experience, we recommend accessing as a user. Click on “Log in” at the top right of the page.

In our new shop, we use a secure and simplified access system without the need for a password:

  • Access via code: Enter your email and you will instantly receive a 6-digit security code in your inbox to log in.
  • Social Login: You can also log in directly with your Google, Facebook, or Shop profiles.
  • Total Management: From “My Account” you can modify your details and addresses, check the status of your orders in real time, manage your returns or exchanges, and review your full purchase history.
  • Benefits: As a registered customer, you will have priority access to exclusive Florentino promotions and discounts.

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

Shopping on our website is an intuitive and secure process:

Step 1. Selection: Choose the item in your desired size and click “Add to basket”.

Step 2. Basket: Access your basket at the top right. Here you can review your products and remove any you do not want. Price and availability may vary until you complete the purchase, always showing the most up-to-date price. Click “Checkout”.

Step 3. Checkout Process:

  • Information and Shipping: Check that your delivery details are correct. Select your shipping method: home delivery, service point collection, or in-store collection (free).
  • Gift: If you wish to send your order as a gift, you can indicate this at this step.
  • Payment: Select your preferred method: Credit/Debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay/Google Pay, or Bank Transfer.

Note for bank transfers: If you select this method, we will provide our bank details upon completion. To speed up the process and ensure your items are reserved, please send the proof of transfer along with your order number to tiendaonline@florentino.com.

Confirmation: Review the summary and click “Pay now” or “Complete order”. You will receive an automated email confirming its receipt.

Important: The receipt of this email confirms that we have received your request. All orders are subject to stock availability. If any item cannot be sent, we will contact you to offer an alternative and/or provide an immediate refund of the amount paid.

SHIPPING COUNTRIES

Currently, you can make purchases on Florentino.com from:

Spain (Mainland and Balearic Islands), Portugal (except islands), Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, and Romania.

AMEND OR CANCEL AN ORDER

You can modify or remove items from your basket at any time before making the payment. Once the order has been processed and confirmed, if you need to make any changes or cancellations, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. If the order has already been dispatched, you must wait to receive it and process a return through our portal.

STOCK AND AVAILABILITY

Our orders are subject to product availability. In the exceptional case that an item sells out after purchase, we will proceed to refund that item and dispatch the rest of your order.

If a size does not appear available online, you can contact us and we will check availability in our physical stores to try and arrange a sale.

SHOPPING WITH A CODE

If you have a discount code, you must enter it in the “Discount code” field that appears in your order summary (Checkout) before completing the payment.

  • It is necessary to be logged in to your customer account to apply certain coupons.
  • The discount applies only to the original purchase and is not transferable to subsequent exchanges.
  • In the event of a return, the net amount paid will be refunded (the value of the promotional coupon is non-refundable).
