DELIVERY TIME
The delivery time for products will be the one indicated for each shipping zone, unless immediate availability is not possible or due to other causes such as strikes, adverse weather conditions, supply or manufacturing issues, local or national holidays, or any other event affecting communications and/or product manufacturing.
If for any reason the delivery date cannot be met, we will contact you to inform you and offer alternatives, setting a new delivery date if necessary.
Delivery times (working days):
Spain – Mainland: 3 to 5 working days
Spain – Balearic Islands: 5 to 7 working days
Spain – Store pickup: 3 to 5 working days
Portugal: 3 to 7 working days
Other European countries: 5 to 7 working days
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery time starts from the first working day after the purchase date.
Delivery times may vary during sale periods, Christmas campaigns or special promotions for reasons beyond our control. Delays of up to 2 working days may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, force majeure or deliveries in rural or remote areas.

Store pickup
Collecting your order from Florentino stores is free of charge.
Outlets and El Corte Inglés centres are excluded.
Home delivery
Shipping is free for orders equal to or over:
€100 for Spain Mainland, Balearic Islands and Portugal
€150 for other European countries
For orders below these amounts, shipping costs are:
Spain – Mainland: €5.40
Spain – Balearic Islands: €8.40
Portugal: €7.40
Other European countries: €17.40
ORDER TRACKING
Home delivery
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirming it has left the central warehouse, including the tracking number and a link to track it. Through this link you can check the status and location of your order at any time, and you can also change the delivery date or switch to a pickup point.
Store pickup
If you have chosen store pickup, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been sent to the selected store.
Once the order is available for collection, the store staff will contact you by phone to inform you and arrange the pickup.
To collect your order, you must present the order confirmation email and a valid ID (DNI, passport or driving licence).
DELIVERY
The order is considered delivered when the carrier makes the delivery to the address provided.
If, on receiving the order, you can clearly see (without opening the package) that the product may be damaged, you should refuse the delivery or note it on the delivery slip.
You must contact us within 24 hours to report the incident so we can offer the best solution.
If delivery cannot be completed after two attempts, you will be notified by email. The order will be available at the nearest collection point to your delivery address.
If the order is not collected within 15 calendar days, the amount paid will be refunded, excluding shipping costs incurred.
Returning the order to our facilities and/or re-sending it to another address may incur additional shipping costs.
