Florentino Gift Card Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the use of Florentino Gift Cards , which are exclusively digital , and are purchased through our online store.

1. Using the gift card

  • The Florentino Gift Card is digital and does not exist in physical format.

  • It is delivered via email or through the customer area after payment confirmation.

  • It can only be used in Florentino's official online store.

  • The card is redeemed using a unique code entered during the payment process.

  • It can be used once or several times until the available balance is exhausted.

2. Amount and validity

  • Gift cards are issued with a fixed balance corresponding to the amount purchased.

  • They are not rechargeable and it is not possible to increase their balance once issued.

  • Unless otherwise stated, gift cards do not have an expiry date .

3. Payment method

  • The gift card can be used as a sole payment method or in combination with other payment methods accepted in the store.

  • If the purchase amount exceeds the available balance, the customer must pay the difference using another payment method.

4. Returns and refunds

  • In the event of a return of a product paid for in full or in part with a gift card, the corresponding amount will always be refunded to the same gift card used in the purchase .

  • If the purchase was made using a combination of a gift card and another payment method, the refund will be issued using the original payment method.

    • The amount paid with a gift card will be refunded to the gift card.

    • The amount paid using another method will be refunded to that method.

  • Under no circumstances can the balance of a gift card be exchanged for cash.

5. Loss, theft or misuse

  • The gift card is the responsibility of its holder.

  • Florentino is not responsible for the loss, theft, or unauthorized use of the gift card code.

6. Limitations

  • The Gift Card cannot be redeemed for cash. The Gift Card code may be used by anyone in possession of it, and it is the cardholder's responsibility to keep it secure.

  • It cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

7. Acceptance of the conditions

The purchase or use of a Florentino Gift Card implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions .

Florentino reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time, always respecting the rights acquired by customers in accordance with current regulations.
