• Real value: Every 1 point accumulated is equivalent to €0.01 of real balance.

How to redeem your points

1. Generate your voucher: Go to the "My Club" section of your profile and transform your accumulated points into a discount voucher.

VIP STATUS CONDITIONS
• Calendar Year: Your level is calculated based on purchases made each year. On January 1st, the counter resets so you can enjoy all the rewards again for your new purchases of the year.
• Use of Vouchers: Level vouchers are single-use and non-refundable. In case of a return of a purchase made with a level voucher, the amount will not be refunded or reactivated. Size change: If you need a size change for the same garment, we will maintain your applied discount. Exchange for another garment: The discount is single-use; if you decide to exchange the item for a different one, the discount will not apply to the new garment.
• Exclusions: Vouchers cannot be redeemed for the purchase of gift cards.
• Validity: So you always wear the latest, level vouchers are valid until the end of the current year (December 31st).
• Return Adjustment: If you make a return that affects the total amount accumulated during the year, your level will be automatically readjusted proportionally.
• Data Update: Make sure you have your date of birth filled in your profile to receive your birthday gift.
